Today (Mar. 26), Jhene Aiko set the record straight regarding her and her ex-Big Sean.
The Shade Room shared that the singer was “putting in work” for her new upcoming album, and an Instagram user commented, “Well. Big Sean…she finna snitch.”
“Me and Sean are good. I’ve got tons of love for him. My next album is all freestyles where I touch on many subjects and relationships…past, present, and future. I know you all love the drama and would like to think everything I do or say is about him, but I’ve been through plenty of other things and situations that I pull inspiration from when I sit down to create a song. Have a good day,” Aiko wrote in response to the commenter.
In a series of now-deleted Instagram story posts, the R&B singer shared that she was in the studio and about to get some things off her chest after taking her last dosage of Klonopin, a prescribed medication that is sometimes used to treat seizures and or anxiety/panic disorder.
Jhene Aiko said that her new project will be all freestyles.
