The pop star is suffering from an upper respiratory infection and has been forced to postpone her show this Friday.
The singer was slated to perform in Sydney, Australia but her doctors have advised against this at this time.
Pink has another show on Saturday night in the same location.
As of now, that show is still expected to go on.
It is not yet known when Friday's performance will be rescheduled for, but Pink alerted her fans on Twitter that she had no choice but to postpone the show.
She also reassured her fans that she was getting better, albeit her recovery was taking a bit longer than expected.
