According to ENews! the "Teen Mom OG" star and her boyfriend named the newborn James.
The news of the baby's birth was expected after the reality star posted a tweet yesterday with the caption, "he's coming."
You may recall, Portwood first announced she was expecting back in November. Soon thereafter, she revealed the child's gender.
This is the second child for Portwood. She also has a nine-year-old from a past relationship.
