Sad news to report today.

TMZ is reporting a WWE legend has passed away at the age of 71.

The publication states Johnny Valiant was killed yesterday morning in Pennsylvania.

At the time of his death, Valiant was walking across the street near Pittsburgh when he was hit by a passing vehicle.

Immediately following the accident, Valiant was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Valiant was adored by WWE fans across the nation. Prior to his death, he had been a member of the WWE Hall of Fame since 1996.
