INGLEWOOD, CA - AUGUST 27: (L-R) Dinah Jane, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei and Lauren Jauregui of Fifth Harmony, winners of Best Pop for 'Down', pose in the press room during the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards at The Forum on August 27, 2017 in Inglewood, California. The girl group canceled their most recent Australian tour due to “scheduling commitments.”

Lauren Jauregui, one of the girls in the group, was recently revealed to be leaving Epic records for Columbia, as she plans to release a solo album, much like the departed Camila Cabello, who is now headlining her own solo tour in 2018.

NME posted some fan reactions which included “Fifth Harmony cancelled their tour in Australia, again. Can they announce their breakup already so my girl Dinah can start recording her debut album?!”

It would seem that is the direction they are going, much like another direction… as in One Direction. ZAYN, Harry Styles, and Liam Payne have all put out their own music since the 1D split, so maybe Fifth Harmony will be following suit.
