This Unicorn Cafe May be the Most Magical Place on Earth
If you are a child of the ‘90s, then you understand how much Lisa Frank’s unicorns impacted our lives.
For those who absolutely love the mythological creature, you may want to plan your next vacation in Thailand.
Located in the Bang Rak district of Bangkok is The Unicorn Cafe. The restaurant is filled with everything rainbow and…well, unicorn themed. Mental Floss notes there’s “iconography, toys, and oversized pink furniture.” On the walls, there’s murals of colorful My Pretty Pony creations as well as other drawings that’s sure to get you in the magical mood. Needless to say, this is a pastel dream that’s surely an Instagrammable location!
Their food is nothing short of magical too. Some items on the menu include “rainbow crepe cake, rainbow waffles, and even a cheeseburger with a French fry fashioned on top as makeshift horn.” Yes, that’s right, you can order a burger that mimics the mythological creature. You can also order drinks that have a rainbow-themed appearance. Dishes and utensils for each order looks like something that came from a Rainbow Bright dream. Mental Floss also notes that the “drinks [include] a gigantic cotton candy milkshake served in a star-shaped container that can feed four to five people.” Make sure you bring your appetite, because you’ll definitely want a huge slurp!
Customers can also order cakes with unicorn horns, rainbow cotton candy as well as beautifully bright waffles.
Those unicorn fans who have already stopped by the location have posted pictures of them in unicorn onesies, snuggling up with unicorn plush toys. In the front of the store is a single unicorn carousel seat and a series of comfortable, vintage-looking chairs.
According to Instagram posts, there also appears to be a small store where you can purchase items like pillows, shirts and a series of unicorn plushies.
So, for all of those real-life unicorns, you’ll want to make it a point to spend time at this dream location!
