The former "The Hills" star welcomed the infant into the world on October 1.
A tweet posted on Spencer Pratt's Twitter account revealed the newborn's name is Gunner Stone.
Details regarding the birth are limited at this time, but based on Pratt's social media usage following the news, it seems all is well in Prattsville.
A couple of weeks ago, Heidi shared a photo on her Instagram looking very pregnant.
The couple also shared a family photo just a few days ago while awaiting the baby's arrival.
Big congrats to Heidi and Spencer.
