The city of Miami has spoken – and it means good news for Ultra Music Festival and their fans.As Rolling Stone reported, city officials have voted in a four-to-one-margin in favor of keeping the electronic music event in Miami. Previously, Commissioner Marc Sarnoff, the vote’s lone “nay,” and Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado had called for the festival to be banned after gate-crashers trampled 28-year-old security guard Erica Mack and caused her severe brain hemorrhaging. She was hospitalized for several days with a broken leg and fractured skull, but is now at home recovering.Based on the motion, Ultra is now allowed to remain in Miami under certain strict conditions: Its organizers must increase the number of police working the event….(CONTINUED)
